Vince is the owner of Team Elevate. Team Elevate was birthed out of Vince’s own fitness journey. Vince

grew up next to a community center where he played basketball, football, and watched older adults work out. The community center was more than just a sports complex; it was a family.

At a young age, this inspired Vince to help others reach their fitness and athletic goals.

In high school, Vince fell in love with track and field, and holds his school's record in the 800m. After high school he attended Mt. San Antonio College, where he made All-State in cross county. After college,

Vince ran for New Balance’s Cal Coast Track Club. He then got involved with CrossFit and position-specific training. He has been training athletes of all levels (from youth to professionals) for over ten years.

Vince has a passion for strength and conditioning, speed, and agility.

He is certified in CrossFit Level 1, Olympic lifting, CrossFit Football and Mobility.

Family is huge for Vince, and he wants athletes of all sports and skill levels to find their

second family at Team Elevate.
